Emem is a licensed Human Resource Management Practitioner with years of work experience of which 14 years is on hands-on Human Resources Practice with solid work exposure to best Practice within the Multinational, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, IT, Marine & Security, Educational and Consulting sectors.
A strong-willed, result –oriented and performance driven HR professional, who continuously strives to improve self and build a career in HR; She has worked within the backend and frontend areas of the Human Resources function and have also managed areas within HR with solid record of successes in – Recruitment and Selection management – workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, startup HR, Employee Relations Management, Information Systems Management etc.
An experienced Administrative and Process/Planning Manager with good knowledge of HR Info systems she possesses substantial understanding of the related existing Nigerian policies, regulations and guidelines in addition to her excellent inter-personal & soft skills.
She has demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within organizations, and with her ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives she has been able to successfully support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of various company strategies and objectives, to promote corporate values and enable business successes through human resources management systems.
As an Assessor, She has assisted clients and worked with top rated organizations, like Workforce Management Centre, Accelerated learning Systems, Airtel Telecommunications, Supreme Education Foundation Schools, Chrisland Schools, Green springs Schools, Corona Schools, First Bank Nigeria, etc, in designing and deploying a range of validated assessment & psychometric tools such as the Thomas PPA, SHL, 360 degree Assessment, Career maps and also run customized Assessment centre to support clients’ in recruitment and selection, development, promotion and appraisal processes.
Emem is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), she holds an Executive Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in English & Literary Studies from the University of Calabar, Cross- River State, Nigeria. She also holds various intensive training certifications in Human Resource Management, Training and Projects Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Lagos Business School respectively. She is a certified Assessor in Assessment Centre & Psychometric Testing, and also a trained SHL Administrator.
She is happily married with a son.
