As part of our policy towards the maintenance of standards, Axiom has in place various internal control mechanisms for quality assurance procedures. All programmes are regularly subjected to rigorous internal audit and balances.
The Academic Board is responsible for all academic matters relating to the company and will advise Management Team and Advisory Board on all developments and initiatives, including quality, relating to the company’s training and research activities.
The purpose of the board is to promote excellence in learning, development, research and training in the company.

Charles is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer (AMCT) and Chartered Tax Adviser (ACTI) and has worked both within industry and banking.
Charles is a keen entrepreneur and is actively involved in the set up of start up firms. At AXIOM, he leads new business development, strategy, marketing and sales. He provides oversight in these functions and is responsible for shaping the business strategy of the company.
He has been involved in the education committee of a professional body, is an active trainer and facilitator and executive management courses.
Charles earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hull and subsequently gained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Tax Law from the University of London. Charles authors The Nigeria Country Guide in the International Treasurers Handbook and The Asia Treasurers Handbook published by the JP Morgan and the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).
Olubukola is a professional educator with a breadth and depth of experience. She leads the team responsible for the execution of Teaching and Learning Strategies including
Research, Content Development, Continuous Professional Development and Consulting offered by Axiom to the public, private and third – sector client in Nigeria.
She holds solid expertise in the design and development of operational procedures for opening educational facilities, curriculum design & implementation, evaluation and assessment for referrals and mainstreaming.
Olubukola has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State
University, Maryland, and a Postgraduate degree in Education Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is licensed with Highly Qualified Status certification from the Nevada State Department of Education in elementary K through 12 grades and certified by the Centre for Management Development as a Management trainer and her experience spans over 16 years.
She is a member of the National Education Association (US), Nevada State Teachers Association, The International Reading Association (US) and a lifetime member of the Alpha Chi-National College Honour Scholarship Society. She is happily married with two children.
Jolaolu currently heads the Learning Strategy and Business Development for Axiom Learning Solutions Limited.
With a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, he started his career as a banker in one of the new generation banks and rose to become the Head of Operations in the first three 3 years. As a result of his exemplary performance, he was seconded to the Asset Management arm and the Strategy division of the bank to develop their business processes and back office strategy. Later on, he took a fresh challenge in Marketing, first as the head of Marketing and later as the Branch Marketing Manager and grew the branch portfolio by 70 percent. Afterwards, he served as the head of Sales and Business Development at one of the legacy mobile money companies where he developed the Marketing Strategy for an aggressive nationwide expansion.
He is a management trainer and he has developed content and trained the staff of various blue-chip companies on Leadership, Mentorship, Personal Effectiveness and Core Competency Skills, Branch Management, Effective Supervision and Sales and Marketing. He has over 18 years’ experience in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Audit/Internal Control and Operations Management.
Emem currently heads the HR and Business Operations of Axiom Learning Solutions Limited. She is a licensed HR Business Solutions Consultant (HRC Generalist), a certified Assessor in Assessment Centre & Psychometric Testing, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and a certified Trainer.
She holds an Executive Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in English & Literary Studies from the University of Calabar, Cross- River State, Nigeria.
She also acquired extensive training certifications in HR Management, Training and Projects Management from the Lagos Business School and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria respectively.
With 16 years hands-on experience in Human Resource practice and with solid work exposure to best practice in the Multinational, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, IT, Marine & Security, Educational and Consulting sectors, she had occupied leadership roles and headed the Human Resource, Administrative and Business Operations functions within the Corporate, Consulting sectors and also for Start-ups, to which she holds evidenced and solid record of successes in strategic, operational and management functions. She is happily married with a son.
