Ani Charles Bassey-Eyo is a Fellow Chartered Accountant , certified Corporate Treasurer (AMCT) He is currently an active entrepreneur operating in Sub Saharan Africa. He a co-founder at Axiom Learning Solutions and currently the principal and board executive of LANI Group. His career trajectory includes corporate treasury, general finance, and strategy and risk management roles in advertising, banking, FMCG, technology and energy sectors.
He has led and implemented several diverse large scale projects such as the implementation of Pan European in-house Bank at Polo Ralph Lauren, Europe where he served as group manager in 2003, he has also implemented technology programmes within the banking sector including the IFRS Change implementation at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. In his entrepreneurial career he led and implemented several large scale change initiatives including teacher training programmes in Special Needs and Disabilities (SENDs).
Ani Charles Bassey-Eyo earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hull and subsequently gained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Tax Law from the University of London. As a subject matter in treasury and risk management for Sub Saharan Africa, he authored The Nigeria Country Guide in the International Treasurers Handbook and The Asia Treasurers Handbook published by the JP Morgan and the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK) for several years. He is a frequent speaker at local and international events and conferences and an active advocate for social change.
Olubukola Adebonojo (Co-founder)
Mrs. Olubukola Adebonojo is the Managing Partner, (Business Operations, Training and Research) Axiom Learning Solutions Ltd. Mrs. Adebonojo is a professional educator with over 15 years of experience. She is responsible for the execution of teaching and learning strategies, which includes research, content development, continuous professional development and consulting at Axiom Learning Solutions.
She has great expertise in the design and development of operational procedures for educational Institutions, curriculum design and implementation, evaluation and assessment for referrals and mainstreaming.
Mrs Adebonojo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University, Maryland, and a Postgraduate degree in Education Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is licensed with Highly Qualified Status certification from the Nevada State Department of Education and certified by the Centre for Management Development as a Management Trainer. Mrs. Adebonojo is a member of the National Education Association (US), Nevada State Teachers Association, The International Reading Association (US) and a lifetime member of the Alpha Chi-National College Honor Scholarship Society. She is happily married with two children.
Jolaolu Laolu-Ogunniyi (Management Team)
Jolaolu Laolu-Ogunniyi Graduated From the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics. He started his career as a banker in one of the new generation banks and rose to become the Head of Operations in the first three 3 years. Based on his exemplary performance he was seconded to the Asset Management arm and strategy division of the bank to develop their business processes and back office strategy.
He later took a fresh challenge in Marketing first as head of marketing and then a branch marketing manager.As a manager he grew the branch portfolio by 70 percent.Heis a strong advocate of exemplary leadership and was also able to mentor his team to success both as a Head of Operations and a Branch Marketing Manager. He also served as the Head of Sale and Business Development at one of the legacy mobile money companies where he developed the marketing strategy for an aggressive nationwide expansion. He is a management trainer and he has developed content and trained the staff of various blue-chip companies on Leadership, Mentorship, Personal Effectiveness and Core Competency Skills, Branch Management, Effective Supervision and Sales and Marketing. He has over 18 years’ experience in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Audit/Internal Control and Operations Management.
He is currently the Head Learning Strategy and Business Development for Axiom Learning Solutions Limited to pioneer their expansion into sub-Saharan Africa. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his daughters and watch movies. He is also a great fan of Arsenal Football club. Jola is married with children.
